Ample parking and shopping trolleys. This is a large store selling much more than frozen foods. Bread, cakes, fresh fruit, veg, salad, dairy, soft drinks, confectionary, cat food and all manner of bits and bobs. Very quiet and plenty of room each time I have been. No queue at the checkout, staff friendly. Prices are highly competitive

Been loadsa times, but went in the other day to get loadsa stuff for a buffet. Great products, reasonably priced, the buffet was for the West Wight Football clubs pre-Christmas do. We spent £80 and charged them nothing for doing it all. A chap filling the freezers where we were searching for things was so helpful with ideas of what to go for. Really helpful, sadly didn't get his name, top bloke.

It's a big warehouse size Iceland's. Plenty of both fresh and frozen foods. Depends what you buy as some items can be sourced cheaper in other stores. Big carpark and right next to other big retailers

Opens at 8am so it's very handy when passing by at that time just to pop in for a few bits , nice large shop with everything you need , car parking right outside the front doors . Staff very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend 😀

The shop is impressively full of stock almost scarily so! It's clean and when I went in not too busy. The only thing that seemed odd was for a store that is absolutely massive there were only about 4 staff and when the tills were busy it just seemed to be heads down and just keep going. If Iceland can afford a store that size I think at Christmas they could perhaps give their staff slightly more than a hat to help them. Having said that the till staff were really lovely and wished everyone merry Christmas.

Enjoyed my visit, Some of the bulk items were quite fairly priced except the chicken breaks, my god tescos 1kg chicken breast £3:79 vs food warehouse £7, I know prices have all gone up jesus crist. Easy for parking, everyone's moaning that it's the same things as Iceland, well that was a given wasent it, what did you really expect and finally Iceland is awsome and now its it a much more convenient place. Fantastic for party food.

Huge range of frozen food available here, many deals on too! Friendly staff. The shop feels very open & spacious too due to not having high shelves between each aisle. You can take your time browsing around the store & get most of what you need for a weekly shop here :)

Love this place, came for an event we were hosting on the island and needed to stuck up on provisions. Everything we needed was available, the store was tidy and well stocked. Excellent service, a lovely gentleman saw we had two full trolleys and opened another till to get us through without causing a hold up for others waiting behind us. We don't have a food warehouse nearby where we live at home and can honestly say I wish there was after visiting that one.

Well as much as a chap can enjoy shopping! The store was clean and the staff helpful. In my head I was expecting more (the same as or more) of the little bits and pieces that the Iceland stores have above the freezer units. Check out was fast and efficient. Loads of room to park near the entrance as well.

Although it is a spacious shop due to nobody following the one way system INCLUDING staff I felt myself feeling very closed in by people quiet a lot. Also no cleaning area for cleaning trolley of hand sanitation stations were available (luckily I have always carried my own with me) I feel that staff should enforce the one way system to shopper because clearly some of the human race still don't have a clue how to follow arrows and this is not the shops fault but someone should be correcting those who can't follow rules. Other than those small issues over all its a great shop and very well stocked .

Very good customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Disabled parking available at the front of the store and easily accessible. Basically iceland on a much larger scale where you can get more for your money. Excellent for a large frozen food shop with great deals

Basically this is an oversized Iceland. So if you're looking for very low priced frozen foods this is the place for you. Their range of non-frozen goods is not extensive, but if you're looking for a bargain and willing to just take pot luck and have a browse, you might be pleasantly surprised

This is an Iceland mega shop, so all the usual bargins and more. WARNING If you have light sensitivity avoid this shop, the frequency of the overhead lighting has visible flickering to some and causes nausea if you are susceptible to this.
