Amazing Nottingham gem with a large selection of top shelf craft beers. The staff are knowledgeable and on hand to help whenever needed. A little tight inside for when more than one customer is browsing - but I guess this adds to the 'cavernous' atmosphere! Highly recommended for special gifts or a bit of beer fuelled self care!

Great beer shop, that always leaves me with FOMO, as I couldn't possibly buy all the beers that I'd like to try. The social media posts of the new beers never fail to excite me. Always a good range, that meets most palates. Prices are clearly labeled, so you can always stay within your budget. Lovely to see a small business thriving. It's pretty much a toy shops for beer lovers!

Love this shop, they are always so helpful if you have any questions and they always have a varied/interesting and amazing range of beers. The beers are priced very fairly and you always get what you pay for and more. They always have a great range of sour beers which is great because I can't find that anywhere else in nottingham. If you like craft beer you have to visit this place!

A great little shop with an impressive range of beers squeezed in. The knowledgeable staff are always happy to talk you through the beers and recommend options to suit your tastes. Prices are reasonable, and bonus points for everything being refrigerated. Being able to look through the beers on their website and then click and collect in store is also a massive plus.

A cosy shop sporting a fantastic selection of craft beer from across the UK and from further afield. They are also known for their support of Nottingham's beer scene, with Nottingham's brewing giants, craft breweries and up and comers frequently showcased. As someone who leans towards darker beers their range of stock is also great, with no style being dispraportionatly favoured. For the fans of the lighter side of beer though, the shop is also fully refrigerated! Meaning your hop flavours won't have wilted and your train beer will be extra refreshing. The shop also makes frequent use of social media to alert it's patrons of incoming beers, particularly when they're likely to fly off the shelves (making their click and collect and delivery services particularly useful). I've discovered some of my favourite beers through this shop and so I highly recommend it, and it's staff.

Wherever I move to, coming home to Nottingham, Brew Cavern is my favourite bottle shop, and the one I compare all others to. You won't find a friendlier, more knowledgeable team, and there's a superb range of beers, from more affordable regulars, to something a bit more of a treat. Whether I need a train beer, or a bottle of something weird and wonderful that everyone is talking about, they've got it. Go in, chat, ask what's new, what's weird, what's tasty, what's cheaper, what's posher, what's stronger, what's weaker — they've always got the knowledge to pick you a great line up, whatever you're after.

Brew Cavern is my go to beer shop in Nottingham. Always plenty of variety and the chaps in charge are always happy to offer a helping hand. Bargain Booze this is not, but if you want quality beer it is going to cost you. If you want some great beers, and want to support a local business then Brew Cavern is the place. Also, the Cheese Shop is basically next door so you can kill two birds with one stone!

Genuinely the best selection of craft beer in the area with 100% refrigeration of their stock, which you will be pushed to find elsewhere. Pair that with the most knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and all-round nice owners and staff, absolutely devoid of pretentiousness, which is novel in the craft beer scene, and you get an absolute must-visit for craft beer fans.

Great little place with an awesome variety of beers and IPAs. I have to say special thanks to their online customer service, because I recently purchased a batch of beers and unfortunately one of the cans had exploded en route. They were very quick to respond to my email and explained it was due to carbonation issues with that brand of IPA and gave me a refund straight away. I will definitely be ordering again! Ps: I hope they can get the Rhubarbara Streisand selection again!
