D. H.I was trying to return a parcel to Amazon through the Ups collection point network they use, I had tried 4 up to this point.
They were absolutely no help whatsoever, one did not have the required labels, another just couldn't be bothered to even scan the parcel, saying it doesn't scan,
When I finally arrived at Brookhill, the lady behind the counter was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and had my receipt on my phone before the package was complete.
The shop is organised, and spotlessly clean.
Thank you once again, I'll be back.
