What a lovely surprise. I was given a gift voucher for Laithewaite’s and had never been in the shop before and I found it was very well set out and the displays were good. The assistant was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable and I was very pleased indeed with the wines. Thank you.

I love this shop. I have been a Laithwaites customer for a very long time so when I heard that they were opening a shop not far from me a few years ago, it was great news. I have never been disappointed when I visit. I am always made to feel welcome and the staff are all extremely knowledgeable. It really is worthwhile asking for their suggestions when you are in browsing. I occasionally ask them to make a case up for me for a set amount and I have always been impressed with the mix they have produced. It does make wine buying very interesting. The prices are great too, the staff will always help with finding a good deal and the price reduction for buying a case makes a big difference. The loyalty card and the Premier wines mean I always end up spending less rather than more than I expect. Parking is just outside and they always help with loading. Highly recommended, thanks.

We were looked after by Samantha who expertly put together some mixed cases and some full cases of spectacularly good wines for us. The range of wines and prices is excellent and you can taste a selection before you buy. Parking and access are excellent and the location in West Bridgford makes it ideal. I can';t recommend this place enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed

For somone not knowing too much about wine expect that it can tast fanastic or absolutlry terrible, the staff made it a painless and educating experience in buying some dry and also sparking wine as gifts. Staff were very patient with me and customer service was excellent.

Good parking at rear. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great witty manager and all so helpful. Super wines and deals, a must visit if you love wine, but best bit is you can try new wine at a taste table...wow.

We spent a very enjoyable time wine tasting and finding the right wines for our palettes. We were helped by Rob and Ross who offered their feelings of every wine but left us to decide which ones were right for us.
