Excellent, knowledgeable staff. I've not had a bad wine suggested to me. Great selection too at great prices. The quality of wine you can get for the same price as supermarkets is fantastic so now I go for the 6 bottle deal here for the month rather than a trip to the shop every weekend.

Great staff who friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help you. Spoke with all the three people working and all three made it a great experience. Offers on tasting wine before buying and plenty of information. We had small issue with an app that offered a coupon crashing and they understood and helped with the issue even though it wasn't fault of Majestic Wine. Great service. Definitely would go back for the customer service alone.
