Had a very good communication with Rich. Fast response either via email or text messages. They set up and collected the hot tub with no hassle. Very good service! Instructional guides, accessories/add-ons, and chemicals we needed were provided. The overall setup have a cozy relaxing ambiance from candles, lighting and the hot tub itself. It feels like you're in real holiday without leaving the country! We had a lovely bank holiday weekend! 5/5 commendable!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Richard was great from setting up the hot tub and all the great accessories that come with it. He was prompt, respectful to our property and very knowledge. Explained everything very clearly. We used the service for my daughters birthday party and added the hen do package (without the alcohol). She loved it. Would highly recommend and use again. We booked the 'hen party' package for my sons 21st birthday, Rich swapped the prosecco for beer. It was brilliant, the attention to detail, ice bucket, fairy lights, gazebo, set up....all of I couldn't fault. We had the tub for 8 days in total and it was absolutely brilliant. Couldn't fault anything about it.

I Hired a hot tub for my Daughters special 16th Birthday around Halloween time, so I chose the Halloween offer which included Halloween decorations. Rich was easy to get hold of and kept in touch the whole time and left clear instructions. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved it sat in the tub with lights all around as well as in the tub, they loved the decorations too, and me.... I enjoyed the prosecco. Rich was very professional throughout, very helpful. I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using Tipples Tubs in the future.

We had a great experience with Tipples Tubs! Good communication and timekeeping with delivery and collection! The hot tub itself is fab! We had the premium package so came with lots of extras like fairy lights, waterproof music box, drinks holders etc! Everything was thought of! We really enjoyed having it for the weekend! We absolutely loved it! The online booking was easy, they came on time, set everything up very quickly with great attention to detail, added little flowers, fairy lights, a speaker and candles which made the space look very cosy, a perfect escape form a busy day. The tub was amazing, spacious, everything worked well and was easy to operate. We were provided with info about water chemical balance and tester strips. The children loved it. I would highly recommend Tipple’s Tubs! We will definitely be hiring from them again!

Amazing experience, was set up early Thursday ready for Friday. I had a few questions to ask over the weekend and Tipple Tubs responded very quickly. Hot tube was the perfect size and the accessories that came with my package suited nicely. Price was great and I'll definitely be using again. Their customer service is outstanding (friendly and super helpful) and there were several little extras that made our weekend feel really luxurious. Cannot fault the service we received. They were so flexible as my daughter's party date needed to change. The hot tub was set up really quickly and we given really clear instructions on the simple checks we needed to do. I had a question during the hire and it was answered very quickly. Ordered a hot tub for father's Day weekend and it was fantastic! Communication was excellent and the tub was put up and taken down in no time at all, with no trouble. We really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely recommend hiring one out.

A truly quality hot tub with quality service! Mr Tipple was amazing, he set up the whole thing and was really friendly and patient and professional, explaining how it worked to someone who had never had a hot tub before. The hot tub itself was a real luxury, and I cannot stress how premium the quality of this blow up is! Because of the packages, it came with a great gazebo which meant we had privacy from neighbouring gardens, as well as protection from the sun and rain (only in England you get both in the same weekend!) it also came with plastic glasses and ice buckets which we could use in the tub, fairy lights that made it so pretty, and a Bluetooth speaker! And the package also meant I got to enjoy it all of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A great price and really really worth it for a stay at home treat for two, or a popular party piece! Thank you so much and we will definitely be hiring it again this year!
