Chris was very helpful and managed to pinpoint almost straightaway that the problem was not with the keys. At least we can now drive the car, and no more annoying alarm going off in the middle of the night. Most impressively, he declined to charge us a call out fee even though he came out to us on a bank holiday. Excellent service and I can't recommend him enough!

Great customer service, extremely helpful. I called around to get people come to fix my car key problem as I couldn't open the door and I was told will be charged at least £70 for people to come out.I tried Keynes car keys to see if I can find a cheaper deal. Surprisingly he searched for my car and the key then he spent his value 25 minutes on the phone to guide me so I can fix the problem myself without paying any money. My English wasn't good and a lot of technical words I dont understand. He was very patient explaining to me slowly so I can fix it all by myself and saving me £70 at least. I was very grateful and very touched by his kindness. I never received such kind of help like this before. I am speechless. Thank you so much. Such a big heart you are.
