We had terrible problems with bifolding cafe doors and no one before was able to help. Stephen answered my query promptly and arranged to fix these within 2 days of first call out.I was very pleased with the very reasonably priced quotation and his work was excellent-I would highly recommend Stephen and his team to anyone. He was amazing! My doors are now restored to perfect working order-something no one else could do!

I contacted Model Locksmiths to arranged refurbishment of front and back PCV doors consisting of new mechanisms, locks and handles, After a brief discussion, Stephen had all the relevant information to order all the parts and schedule a date, Stephen was very flexible so I could co-ordinate the work to be carried out at the same time as other works to the house, The fitting process was very efficient and very professionally carried out. I am delighted with the results, initially I thought it would be a preventative maintenance task but after seeing the finished job I realise it was in fact essential maintenance task and it would only have been a matter of time before a failure would have occurred. We had a resident trapped in their room when the lock mechanism completely failed. Stephen was on site within 5 mins of calling and dismantled the doorframes in a neat manner meaning that he could free the resident and replace the door frames without any damage the the structure of the doorframe. Stephen was super professional and courteous. Did I mention this was a Sunday afternoon!!! No other so-call “emergency locksmith” was available on a Sunday and I was just lucky that one recommended Stephen. We will be calling him fist time, every time in the future. Thank you Stephen!
