M.I had lost my keys to my gate and couldn't get the car out, I phoned Michael at Padlock to see if he could cut the lock and replace it. He called within 15 minutes and cut the lock and brought a replacement lock and key with him. Great service and would highly recommend.

C. 1.Had been having problems with keys I'd been getting cut for the mortice lock on my front door so took the lock out and brought it here. The guy explained that with wear and tear there was some movement within the lock which meant it wasn't always opening. He worked with it for a while and even cut some thicker keys to see if they were any better. Unfortunately it was still the same result. Sometimes it opened and sometimes it took several attempts before it would open. I asked about changing the lock and he explained that he didn't have the same make. He hunted through and found an ERA one the same size. Explained that I may have to amend the keeper as the mortice lock was slightly different in shape. He cut additional keys for me at no additional cost!! I put the lock in and I'm no longer spending time trying to get in to the house! All for just £15!! I must have spent twice that on keys in the last year!! Highly recommend this place if you're in need of locks etc. or just some advice!!

The man who came out to the house was quick, and fixed and secured the lock in about 10 minutes... It was a fair price and the man who came out was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
