Great responsive service at an affordable cost - We are a charity/community centre who's building was unfortunately targeted by burglars on two different occasions within the space of a week. On both occasions our building was damaged and Ashley came out to secure and board up the broken windows. 5 star service highly recommended.

Happy 2nd of the month Kings and Queens, here we go again with a tenacious, thoughtful, open minded young King who goes by the name of Ashley Archer of @Archer Locksmith and security LTD who prides himself on fair pricing and being well mannered. Another young person who found them self on Furlough in 2020 and invested it on a vision that pays him more than a weekly wage from his last job. I had been looking for a credible locksmith for my In-Laws for a few months now and I was given 4 contacts before Archers Locksmith, but they didn't work out. I messaged Ashley on messenger during the day and he was there by the evening to check out the issue with my In-Laws front door lock. After checking the issue with the lock, Ashley then communicated straight after to let me know what the problem was, and when he can come back to fix the issue. Ashley came out the very next day to fix the lock, before you knew it the job was done. I called my In-Laws to see how they got on and if they were happy with the service and my Mother In-Law said 'Where do you get these people from, he was an absolute angel'. 'He was very polite, tidy and quick'.

I have used Archer Locksmith's about 4 or 5 times and each time Ashley turned up on time, acted professionally and always cleaned up any mess. Reasonable priced quotes, only paid for work carried out with no hidden charges. I can definitely recommend Archer Locksmith's and will continue to use them in the future.
