I called Solihull Locksmiths/ Paul to have a Yale lock fitted to my front door. Excellent service & lovely gentleman. Honest business & is good value for money. Highly recommend

I used Solihull Locksmiths some years ago. He was with us in 30 mins, did the job professionally and his charges were very competitive.. What a good job I kept their card, because just recently I called them again (Paul). I spoke to him over the phone about a problem with my daughter's French Door locks. He asked me a few questions and came to the conclusion what was required ( he thought possibly a replacement part plus his labour) and gave me a price of £125. I gave it some thought, got a further quote from another recommended locksmith who quoted me £195 with the same conclusion that extra parts were required. I booked Paul in to do the job a couple of days later and he duly arrived 15 mins early. Paul managed to do the job quickly but unlike, possibly some others, he realised that a replacement part was not necessary after all, and duly charged £45 (not £125) for the job and with a 12 month warranty. He could have charged the full amount, we wouldn't have known any difference. In todays age, Honesty is hard to find. Thank you Paul. Highly recommended,
