Great service, Marc was brilliant, talked me through everything. Arrived quite quickly and fixed my door. At midnight my front door didn’t open, luckily my neighbour helped me. Phoned Locktech in the morning and was all sorted very quickly. I definitely recommend this company

Called Locktech after searching for a local locksmith on Google. Wasn’t an emergency job but needed a temperamental lock looking at on front door. Came out within a couple of hours. Alec changed the lock and I paid for the job over the phone with my card. He was very efficient and the office staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Came home Saturday afternoon and was unable to unlock my bifold doors. After attempting to repair them myself by unscrewing the handles and having one handle on the floor outside and one inside I decided to call in the professionals. Take my hat of to them, I was promised help within 2 hours on a very hot day, and he turned up 10 minutes early. Very quickly opened the door, reassembled the handles and diagnosed that the lock was fine, it was probably the hinges of the bifold that needed adjusting. Was very pleased I could now get into my garden and hopefully the installers will be as quick to come out and assess the door. Highly recommend and at a standard call out charge I didn't feel robbed.
