I'd never used Lock Solutions before, but chose them based on their online reviews. I'm very glad I did, as Wayne arrived very quickly and was brilliant. He changed a front door lock in no time. He also had a back door lock to replace, as we'd lost the key. That wasn't straight-forward as the door had moved, but he spent a lot of time and patience on it and fixed the door into place so that the key turned in the new lock. He was very friendly and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and use him myself again if I needed to.

Our patio doors become mis-aligned after being constantly blown around in the recent windy days and as a result we started having difficulty locking the patio doors. Needed a new lock on the door as I had a faulty electric key entry system. Quite a challenge as the faulty system didn't match up to standard locks and needed electric work to remove wiring. However, this was no problem for Wayne. From the moment I contacted him, he fixed a date and time and was punctual. Even though it was a Saturday, he was keen to come out to see what he could do to assist. Property security is clearly his priority. Wayne came to the rescue when our patio doors wouldn't close and were a security worry. He arrived exactly when he said he would and sorted the problem. The door had been a pain since we moved in 6 months ago and now is sorted. I only wish I'd got him in sooner. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to change the locks on our front door as it had been on my to-do list for a while.
