I initially used this company through my insurance when I got locked out of my car. That all went swimmingly. Since then I have been going back for all manner of issues with my Audi Convertible. Grant and his employees are clearly very knowledgeable and have fixed some issues that puzzled other mechanics and at very fair prices. Highly recommend. And a quick side note to that person who said Grant was rude. That is not the case. He has a million balls in the air at any given time so is busy and I never had any problems getting a hold of him. Utter nonsense.

After the steering lock stuck on my horse lorry and I was stranded i called Grant at Bayleys Vehicle Locksmiths and he advised me of what the problem maybe and booked me in. Grant was on time, professional, friendly and very experienced replacing my key barrel and providing s new key. As a lone woman with a vehicle i felt at ease and informed at all times and the payment by credit card was quick and simple. My invoice was emailed to me before i drove away! Five Stars and I always prefer hard working self employed companies than big, faceless ones. Thank you Grant

Grant was busy but still came to sort out what turned out to be a complicated job! He persisted in getting it sorted and made the stress of dropping my key in the drain a lot easier in the end! I took my car to the garage as was having problems turning my key in the ignition, they called Grant to take a look and luckily he was in the Lewes area at the time, so was able to fix the problem immediately for much less than what the garage would have charged (the garage told me this). Grant also noticed my key was a bit broken so glued it back together so I wouldn't lose the immobilizer chip on the inside which can be expensive to replace. Grant then drove to my place of work so I could make payment. I was so thankful as my car is quite old and had thought I may have to scrap it if it was going to be too expensive....so thanks to Grant my car lives on another day!!!

Lost my car keys and needed a new one and the immobilizer resetting. This guy was the cheapest quote i got by miles. Yet the service was brilliant. He turned up prepared got the job done in around 10 min (had other company take 2- 3 hours on a previous car) As a farmer (so vaguely mechanically minded) i can say that this guy was defiantly a professional who knew what he was doing and took pride in doing a good job. I wouldn't usually use a company that quotes 2/3 the price of the competition as I've been bitten by cheap services with extortionate add on costs (co-vid had me strapped so took a risk) but his quote was the end price and defiantly won this time. GREAT COMPANY

Absolutely superb. I drive a vauxhall Tigra and the buttons in the key had literary fallen off in the casing. Spoke to the garage and the cost was sky high. Got put in touch with Grant, who came out, sorted my key and also took a look at my convertable roof that wasn’t working. He took a look, and I asked him to order me the part and come out To fit it. Instead of charging me through the roof, he found me a part on EBay and even showed me how to fit it! It is so refreshing to come across someone that is so honest and is kean to help you save a few quid. His number is saved on my phone! Absolute Legend!
