Arrived home this morning to be faced with a total door lock failure. Heart sinking moment but was fortuante enough to get through to Kevin who advised he could take a look. He arrived as promised and managed to find and replace the defective locking gearbox, a spare which he carried with him. Door sorted in less than an hour, good as new ! Without his help I suspect I would have been unable to secure my premises today. Kevin is the total professional and well knowledged in his trade - he's the best ! Deal with him in total confidence, well done ! !

I had lost two sets of keys to rented garages so called First for Locks and left a message, Kevin returned the call within twenty minutes and arranged a visit the next morning. Communication was excellent and all prices clearly explained. The appropriate security checks were undertaken to ensure I was the tenant, both garages entered and new better quality and more secure locks supplied with five keys. All fitted and tested within two hours, amazing service, Kevin is very knowledgeable and efficient and the price was very reasonable. Decent ‘old school’ tradesman, highly recommended.

Kevin replaced five locks for me at a rental property that I own including a broken patio door that presented quite a challenge. I called Kevin to originally to replace a lock on my UPVC patio doors. However, upon examination of the door he explained the need for replacement inner lock mechanism parts due to wear and tear / insurance compliance.The parts were quickly arranged and fitted the next day. Kevin was excellent. Prompt response and on time. This door was a challenge, involving three dead bolt mechanisms in one, which had seized. Kevin freed the door, with no cosmetic damage, ordered the parts, secured the door. Once the parts arrived the very next day, he fitted it well and gave us sound advice. Very pleased. Great service. We had a broken back door and Kevin attended within a few hours. Involved a repair on a UPVC double door locking mechanism which was completely broken.
