Thank you so much for rescuing us when we were locked out of our holiday rental at a late hour on a very cold evening! Our engineer arrived within 20 minutes and quickly and efficiently got us into our apartment. Highly recommend.

Look no further and call this guy if you’re ever locked out of your flat/house. Very reliable and didn’t take him long to get me back into my flat. Arrived in 30mins so not long at all! Nice guy and hopefully I won’t get locked out again but if I do I know who to call.

New Years Eve. 1.30am and I’m locked out of my flat. Out of ten ‘ 24 hour Emergency Locksmiths’ I called none of them even answered the phone. ( These were all companies with high Check A Trade ratings for service!) Mark at Haines Locksmiths was the only one who answered. Had a very logical conversation with him. Suggested likely need to drill out existing lock that would be very noisy for neighbouring flats at 2am. Arranged to speak at 8.30am and he arrived promptly, got me into my flat without replacing locks. Charged £90. Very nice man. Albion fan too! All of the others advertise with big promises on service but don’t come out or even answer their 24hr phone line! Haines is now the only company I trust. Highly recommended!
