Called SE Car Keys as key stuck in ignition at a clients property towards the end of the day! Josh moved his diary around to get over as soon as he could. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything on board he needed to repair. Great service and a really nice guy. Thank you Josh.

Josh went above and beyond to sort out my predicament - my Audi parked in a forest, keys lost no spare, he attended the vehicle, secured the vehicle, ordered me a dealer key, returned to the vehicle 5 days later, cut me a spare key and dropped both of them at my house. He made a big difference to what was a pretty traumatic experience - and did not take advantage by over charging - charged much less than Audi had quoted for a spare key. I would go to Josh before my own dealer if I ever needed another spare.

Having somehow damaged my car key immobolizer I called around local autolocksmiths who were unable to help or were outright trying to make a small fortune from my problem. Used Google search and SE Car Keys caught my eye, Josh called me back within a minute with a price and could sort the key issue out the same day, the price I should add was very good. Locksmith turned up in good time, very COVID aware using appropriate face covering, within minutes car had been started and spare key cut and programmed. Could not ask for a better service even with the current Pandemic. Top rate service at a very competative cost.

Called them literally in the early morning off the same day and they showed up 1hr later. changed my ignition and my key fob on my golf VW as i had serious problem turning the key in the ignition so he knew what the issue was over the phone and showed up . Very nice guy as well.
