Dale provided a quote for 4 new locks. He came and let us in when our lock failed suddenly and fitted the four locks then with no extra charge. He was quick, neat and tidy and gave some helpful advice.

Had a front UPVC door break/jam on Christmas eve. When I rang dale he said he could be over in about an hour - he was! Not only did he un-stick the door, but he replaced the broken lock/gear unit and the front door works better than before. Al done for less than I anticipated and within a few hors of calling. A job well done, thank's Dale!

Dale is fantastic! He always responds quickly and provides a really good service. He's done our door locks, window locks, a door viewer, helped me get back in when I've been locked out on a few occasions and even fitted a cat flap in a door for us! I was looking around for someone who can sort out a sheared off windos lock (internally) and took me a while to find Dale. It took 2 days from the point of contact to having the issue sorted out. Professional, having spares parts ready and overall a good business experience. I would definitely recomend Dale to other people and will call him again if any other issues come up.

I looked online for someone to replace some clouded sealed units in our double glazing. I was lucky enough to find Dale Clements and after a quick look at the online reviews on Which Trusted Traders I gave him a call. I am certainly glad I did as the work he has carried out for us has been fantastic – we have had numerous sealed units replaced and a sliding door completely overhauled. Dale is so professional and is always punctual and what's more he does fantastic work at a very reasonable price. There are two added bonuses – he is a really nice guy and also he accepts payment by card, which stops having to search for the long lost cheque book !!!!!!

Highly recommended. Responded quickly to email query about a broken lock on a window and came within the week. Fixed it there and then and confirmed the cost in our email chain. Friendly, tidy and efficient. Is also quoting us for a broken lock on the porch, which many people have said they wouldn't be able to fix. He gave good advice on other windows too. He is good value.
