I called Gary whom I had not met before to deal with a problem on the locking system on my front door. Even though he was busy, Gary arrived within a couple of hours. He investigated the problem and determined the best solution. Unfortunately due to the age of the locking mechanism, it had to be replaced. Gary ordered a new locking system and made sure the front door was lockable and secure until for the interim period. A couple of days later Gary returned and fitted the new locking system which was not a simple replacement and needed some significant adjustments. I was very impressed by Gary's professionalism and work ethic. He is personable and does what he says he is going to do. I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Gary.

Contacted Gary on February 8th for a front door that wouldn’t open. The lock just kept turning. Gary from G Lock attended same day and managed to replace the lock during the same visit. Price was what I expected for a quality tradesperson. He turned up on time, Explained the features of the new locks well. The new locks had updated security features too which gives us peace of mind. I locked my bike up, then the lock broke, we arranged for him to come out the next morning which he did, first he tried to pick it, which would have been cool but it was properly stuck, so then he cut it off, no messing and I was able to cycle home, proper job.
