I was really impressed with how quick the process was and how great their customer service was as well. From enquiring to actually getting the replacement key was within 24 hours, and they came out when they said they would to do it. Barry was brilliant and took care of everything. If you're ever looking for a new key for your car, these guys are the best choice!

Absolutely brilliant service. Thankfully I logged their number in my 'contacts' 1st time round. Used initially 3+yrs ago as a mum of 4 locked out of much-needed car by small child who kindly hid my keys!!! Supervised by a beautiful friendly dog, they came right out of their usual area to help n were done by lunchtime. This time I contacted them at 8.30am n Barry had my cardkey in my hand by 2.30pm. Outstanding service from Barry. life saver. we had a holiday booked down south the next day. My key would not turn the ignition in my car. after contacting lock city Barry came to my rescue. i only had 1 key which was worn so didnt know if i needed a new key or a new key ignition cylinder. After eliminating that it wasn't the key he replaced the key ignition cylinder efficiently and professionally. excellent service, would definately recommend.

Amazing bunch - really good reliable supplier that we have used on numerous occasions. They've never let us down. Substantially cheaper than a dealer and we haven't managed to produce a vehicle yet that they can't handle!!! (The challenge is on though!)

Really pleased with the service from Lock City, I lost my main Landrover key in the snow and found it yesterday. The key didn't work any longer and kept setting the alarms off and not opening the doors. The spare key wouldn't open the door and set the alarm off with metal key. I spoke with Paul yesterday who sourced a Landrover replacement key. Barry fitted the key this morning within 30 minutes and now the doors open and close with no alarms going off. Professional, fantastic service and all for a great price. Really grateful to the team. Thankyou.

In all my years ( and thats considerable ! ) , I have never received such a fantastic service as I have with Lock City. My wife had her car key stolen and we arranged to meet where she last parked her car . Lock city turned up as promised , but no sign of my wife`s car. It had been towed away. After speaking with the office it was decided that they come out yet again to the place where the car was towed. During all this time we were kept informed of the time of arrival of Jason ( REAL professional ) , who turned up exactly when they said he would. Within a very short space of time he had the car open, and a new key made. These guys are amazing. I managed to lock my keys and my 7 month old baby in my car and they were with me within 20 mins.
