He went through the cost in detail prior to fitting so there were no surprises! Geraint was friendly, polite and very professional. Was recommended Geraint by another Locksmith, left him a message which he responded to straight away, he gave me some honest advice regarding cost (was bank holiday weekend) and was happy to still come out a few days later. Geraint asked for photos of the door and gave a worst case price on a few problems. Geraint arrived when he said he would, even calling ahead to say he was on his way. The door is at least 25 years old and with the new parts he fitted, it feels like new. In all fairness I don't think the dead bolt system or the door have worked as good as it does now in the last 8 years I've lived in the house. Would highly recommend, especially considering we are in Newport and outside of his advertised area. Thank you so Much!
