Was so grateful how quickly this locksmith turned up, within the hour, and the advice offered. There was no pressure to go ahead with any of the recommendations but being a landlord I followed the advice and such a professional job was done. Pictures were sent to document the work and it was all completed straight away. Definitely recommend!!!

After ringing a couple of nationwide firms who then ideally should book you in with local firm and one not even coming back to me when they couldn't get local cover, quoting absolutely ridiculous prices at same time, this guy was there in 20 mins, told me exactly what was needed and as I needed to take my medication was genuinely concerned about me getting in first I cannot praise this guy enough. I would recommend him again and again. Its easy to forget there are local professionals out there who do know what they are doing, who go above and beyond and made what was a potentially bad situation a lot better by putting me at ease, very professional and friendly, very knowledgeable but keeping me in the loop at all times.
