t. N.Friendly staff on phone and the locksmith that came out. Had locksmith out to me in just over an hour and I was back in my home within 20 mins. Charged by the hour and locksmith after various attempts to open lock had to drill lock out. He explained what he would need to do and new barrel would be extra and how much before he did it. I had spare lock so he fitted that for me and made sure all was working and tested thoroughly before leaving. Thank you keytek
