We chose Tom of Secure Lock & Glaze because of the excellent reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! Tom was very communicative and explained all the work he was going to undertake on my deformed drafty windows. Also, two double glazed panels were replaced. (See before and after pics). Customer service and communication were excellent and we were very pleased with Tom's work. While working in the kitchen Tom noticed that our patio doors were sticking and not properly aligned, he promptly fixed this problem with no additional charge. I would recommend Secure Lock & Glaze, unreservedly ❗

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom. Excellent reliable tradesmen and professionals are hard to come by these days so I’m always happy to discover them. Chose secure lock and glaze on the strength of all the previous 5 star reviews I read. Tom didn’t disappoint. He quickly provided us with a competitive quote for a lock replacement on our upvc front door which had seized, some deadlocks fitted to internal doors and some adjustments on other upvc doors. Tom showed up on time on both occasions and did a fantastic job with every lock and door. They all work like new now. We’d have no hesitation recommending him to friends and family alike and we’ll 100% be using him in future. Top man

Great service by Tom. Installed catflap by replacing glass with upvc panel, repaired back door and upstairs window hinge. Very professional at reasonable prices. Would recommend to friends and family with any upvc or lock repairs.

I had a broken kitchen window, the lock was actually broken inside the window I called Tom and within no time he came and fitted new lock, handle and all the fittings needed it took him about an hour which was excellent and cleared all his mess away before leaving . The service was incredibly professional and I would highly recommend. I called on Friday and they were on site the next morning, fixing a bathroom window lock in about 20 minutes, and taking away a lot of stress in the process.
