c. t.During the pandemic I had an emergency where I lost my key and was given the number for this company (James) he came out, changed the locks and made my house safe. He was so kind and understanding, even coming out to me after hours.
A year later, another emergency has arisen and due to me arranging to have my door changed around, my lock no longer worked properly. James arrived at my home within 10 minutes of me calling him and managed to save the day again. I honestly can not thank this man enough for his kindness, as I am disabled his kindness was overwhelming.
I would recommend this company to anybody on the planet with no hesitation.

V. C.Perhaps I was just lucky, but I phoned just after 9 am and by 11 am the locksmith had come and gone: the lock had been fixed and the door secured. I work in retail and have dealings with people trying to fix their own locks, so know what a nightmare it can be. It wasn't a cheap fix, and not wanted just a week before Christmas, but it was still worth the price, in the knowledge that the door could once again be locked. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service and a perfect key. Go to spectrum and save yourself the hassle of timpsons and their lies
