Surrey - Door mechanism to upvc front door failed whilst locked. Locksmith turned up within 1 hour. About 1 hour to open door and replace broken mechanism. I queried the fact that original mechanism was no longer available as the replacement would not lock the door without use of key. I did check and now understand that the old style lock was superseded (as a safety precaution) due to too many lockouts; often by children. Labour was £125 replacement mechanism £135 then VAT on top.

Ziggy arrived quickly, very professional, polite and informative and fixed our door lock so we could securely lock our door as going away the next day and new door not due to be fitted for a week. Very helpful would definitely recommend and would call again if any issues with locks.
