Ben arrived earlier than he said that was a good thing, I could do what I wanted earlier. He sorted my key fob out and fitted a new battery in a short time. I recommend Alpine Auto Locksmiths if you have any key problems.

As my land rover key started to drop to bits, Simon Services recommended Ben to sort me some new keys. Quick, friendly service coming direct to our door to sort, keys cut, programmed and checked. Will recommend to anyone. First class service thank you

After ‘losing’ my only car key, I contacted Ben and, after agreeing I could wait until the next day, he turned up as agreed and despite encountering problems, was into my car in no time. More problems followed but I was left with access to my car. Ben returned today (as agreed) with the second key and I now have two working keys. What an absolutely fantastic service. Lock broke with the cold weather and key remote not working. Unable to sort it without breaking a window. Very quick and reliable service. Within 10 minutes Ben managed to get some charge to power the key remote. Sorted a new key fob. Saved the cost of a new window and lock. All done within around half an hour. Found myself in the unenviable position that I needed the services of an auto locksmith twice in the same week. First I snapped my key and it was repaired by Alpine and then I somehow managed to lose the damn thing and need a completely new key programming. On both occasions Ben from Alpine provided a top class service meaning I could be back on the road quickly. Hopefully won’t need to use the service again but if I did I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Let me start by saying , I could not recommend Ben enough. I was let down by 2 other people so I rang Ben at 9am the following day. We had a brief conversation about the issue with my key he was on the ball straight away. Arriving at 10.30 the same day and had a key cut, programmed and finished by 11.45. Come out due to key being stolen , run into a few problems with my car overcame them all and delivered great service , I wouldn't use anyone else now (perfect)
