I needed to bring an old garage door back into use that I had no key for. They were able to get the door open with no issues or damage and fit a new lock and handle. They were very friendly and the job was carried out quickly and at a time that was convenient. All the work was done to a high standard and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Had an issue at a rental property with a door sticking. After ringing up it was arranged for someone to come round the following day. Ash showed up when they said they would, and was able to swiftly fix the issue having to replace the mechanism, maintaining communication throughout Expensive job at over £350 to fix but property is now secure 👍

Great service. Ash is a lovely guy and fixed my lock quickly. I felt it was a bit pricey hence 4 stars rather than 5. £170 for a £40 lock and 30 mins work I felt was expensive for a none energency call out. However, I got a 12 month warranty on the repair so when it stuck again about a week later, Ash came back and fixed it under warranty, so all good again. Thanks Ash

I had a non-urgent gain entry on a newly bought house with a high-end Garrison security lock with no key from the previous owner. Someone had previously tried to remove the lock with a Tek screw which had broken in the lock making it even more difficult. I spoke to Danny on the phone who was very helpful and informed. Ash came out the same day, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, got on with the job and removed the lock cleanly causing no damage to the door and gave me a choice of new locks. I would definitely use this company again.

I stupidly managed to get locked out of my house & hurriedly googled for a local locksmith offering emergency call outs before my phone battery died. Ash arrived within the hour, and tried his best with all 3 of my doors to get in non-destructively. Unfortunately he had to destroy & replace the lock in the end. Professional, friendly service. Can't fault him & would not hesitate to use this company again if I needed to.

I called Doncaster Lock and Key and they had someone with me as promised within 60 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part with a new one.
