I am absolutely grateful that at 2AM in the morning, Tom was able to come out and work his magic to unlock my door which was caused due to a broken door handle. He arrived in 20 mins and took about 10 mins and I had regained access to my flat. The call out fee was lower than what I would have paid with my agency call out person, who actually refused to come out and help me. So, thank you so much Tom for your hospitality and kindness. 100% Recommend this service unique and lasting first impression of greatness.

Lost my key. Realised at 8pm on a Sunday evening. Tried a slightly ajar small bathroom window. I wedged and unwedged myself. The stepladder then disappeared and I had some very awkward downclimbing. By that stage it was 8.45pm and I needed a professional. The first few calls were to folk who weren't available or didn't want or weren't able to come. Called Tom and he was really friendly from the off. He wasn't fazed at all and said he would come. He didn't need a photo as said he would get in regardless. 15 minutes later he arrived. As friendly in real person as over the phone. The lock proved fiddly and it took 40 minutes of determined effort but he got in. Absolutely no damage to the lock or door whatsoever and the lock is still fully-functioning. Bearing in mind 9pm on a Sunday and the time involved the rate was incredibly reasonable and he seemed a great bloke in every sense. Have stored his details to give to friends & family and would definitely recommend using him.

Friendly, fast efficient service. Called Tom to look at 2 doors as they needed fixing in LS10. All done within 15 minutes of arriving, both doors work perfectly couldn't ask for more. I would recommend to everyone.

Tom came out to get us back into the flat in Leeds Dock after we were locked out. He successfully picked the lock, got the faulty latch to release and even realigned the door for us which has been an issue for a while. Absolute life saver! You never need a locksmith until you actually need one, and then it's where do you star and who do you choose? Well I'd say STOP, look no further than Leeds Lock Doc. Late evening/early night call, and came out very quickly which is what you need in an emergency. Called me to give an uodate on ETA. Tom, AKA Leeds Lock Doc, managed to get me inside very quickly and kept me calm which was needed as I was concerned about my elderly mum who was home alone and had left keys in both door locks, locking me out. Very friendly, professional and reassuring. Once access was gained and all was okay and then gave me advice on the type of replacement lock to get which should mean I don't go through this again. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith, emergency or not. I have their number saved in my phone now "just in case". A million thank you's from me

I cannot recommend Leeds Lock Doc enough. I stupidly lost my house keys didn’t actually realise untill I got home from the white rose in Leeds. With one frantic dog waiting for me to let him out I was beside myself. I gave these a call spoke to Thomas and within half a hour he was was here. Thomas assured me he would have me in my house in no time and and true to his word i was. The locks was changed within no time.
