I had to call out a locksmith last night as our key broke in our lock (thankfully from the inside). I called out QuickLocks who said he would be here in 30 minutes. He turned up on time, he was friendly, professional and did a great job of explaining why the lock and gearbox had failed. He fixed the problem within an hour and to a high standard! Hopefully you’ll never need a locksmith, but if you do, I recommend this company highly!

Shaun came on time and fitted me a new high security anti-snap lock. He then changed locks on two other doors for a minimum charge. He gave good security advice on burglar deterrents and CCTV options. I will definitely call Shaun again when I am ready to have the CCTV installed. He did a great job on improving security on all three doors for my property. I am really happy with the work and advice he gave me today.

Fantastic service, Shaun was brilliant, repaired the door (MPL) system, could have charged me for a new one and would’ve been non the wiser, instead a relatively cheap and quick repair. First class!!!

Then I got a Redund Saying they cant Make this Key :(. Not happy about that . But Happy about the Serves. If it was a Key they can make I would of been Happer ;)~. Very Professional about there Key makeing ;).The worst. They're a call center that routes you to a locksmith in your area. Mine was routed to the wrong location so I was never able to talk to anyone.Actually, the keys didn't work after trying it two times; however, the customer service was excellent. The Representatives were very polite and helpful and there was no problem with refunding me as the keys didn't work. They said it may have been a scanning issue. Anyways, the customer service was excellent.great service! The machine made a mistake and didn't make all the keys I paid for. They reached out to me and refunded my money as well as pay for the next key I make.
