AD Locksmithing came to the rescue when my key snapped in the lock, and sorted me out a brand new lock and keys (the old lock was sub-par and needed replacing). Quick, efficient and friendly service, even got a demo of how bad my old lock was! Highly recommended to anyone in need of a new locksmith, great service - thank you so much!

Excellent service. My husband called Anthony out on Saturday afternoon. He came out Monday am. He knew the lock needed replaced. I suspected it did. There was no pressure to change the lock as the old one still worked. (This was because a key snapped inside. ) It didn’t take long to replace the old lock.it was easier to get it done there and then. Anthony is very nice and has a polite manor about him. He said if there were any more problems with the new lock to call him out free of charge. Prices are reasonable for the work done. I would highly recommend him.

Anthony was a god send last night. My neighbour unfortunately broke his key inside his back door lock with no way of getting in. We had AD locksmithing out at short notice to fix a front door that wouldn't close or lock and a back door that would no longer open, booth doors are old and coming to the end of their lifespan. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to replace the broken parts and he took the time to explain what he was doing, what caused the problems in the doors and show what he had replaced and why. He even gave us some tips to stop problems with the doors happening again. Cant recommend him enough, excellent tidy workmanship and a fair price.

I can't recommend this company enough for getting me into my home so swiftly. From the first converstion on the phone I felt reassurred that this was a company I could trust. AD arrived in less than 15 minutes. Assessed that getting through the front door was going to be a costly, noisy job due to the sneck being down on the door rather than having the wrong key and saying it was midnight not good for my neighbours..with nothing to much trouble AD checked other cheaper options...which led to the poor guy climbing over an obstacle course, through hornthorn and rose bushes...to find I'd had only forgot to lock the patio door. After asking permission to walk through my house to open the front door for me...he informed me he would not charge me the price quoted! What a hero, can not thank them enough 🤗

Anthony ! my man! The best locksmith ever.... This is my first month in Newcastle and my key got stuck inside the lock and broke into two, I panicked like crazy and then is when the magic happened. Called Antony and he was at my home in 10 minutes. I am not even kidding he reached in ten minutes, he told me not to panic and opened the lock for me and changed a new one.
