Highly recommend! The shutter lock at work broke and we weren't able to open the business. Less than 30 minutes after calling the old lock had been removed and replaced.

Had a badly failing door lock. Emailed late at night and phoned in the morning engineer available and on-site in four hours. Not only did engineer resolve The matter and fix the lock he also adjusted the door a much as possible to slow down a similar event happening. Price charged was fair for the work and parts carried out and supplied. If anyone has any locking problems, try these guys first. First rate service and first rate cost.

A very quick and efficient team who resolved my window issue within minutes! My upstairs window was locked and shut and the locking mechanism had crumbled away. I was unable to open the bedroom window. Sean came to review the issue late in an afternoon and reassured me that he could resolve the issue the following day (even in today's troublesome working climate). He gave me an arrival time so that I was prepared and he arrived on time. The problem was fixed in around 35 minutes. He had to pop open the window which was no easy task and then replace the entire locking mechanism and handle. This was all done up a height as it was the upstairs window. I highly recommend this company and if I have any future issues I believe they can resolve then I will use them again.
