William responded really quickly to my query about replacing the lock on the rear door of the garage, after we lost the key. He came at the agreed time the following day and although it was a strong lock to remove, he managed to do so quickly and cleanly and fit an enhanced 5 bolt lock and leave us with three sets of keys. Really appreciated him sorting out this problem for us at a reasonable cost.

Brilliant service from Albany Locks. We arrived home at 7pm to find we were locked out due to a fault with the lock. Phoned Albany and locksmith arrived under 20 minutes later and had us back in shortly after. Locksmith was friendly and professional - would definitely recommend!

Brilliant Service... Broke key off in my bike lock... He was there within 20 minutes and had the lock off in 3 minutes...
