William responded really quickly to my query about replacing the lock on the rear door of the garage, after we lost the key. He came at the agreed time the following day and although it was a strong lock to remove, he managed to do so quickly and cleanly and fit an enhanced 5 bolt lock and leave us with three sets of keys. Really appreciated him sorting out this problem for us at a reasonable cost.

Called and got a response straight away on a Sunday, he was able to guide me from the other side of the door to get the lock case off and then put a new one on for me too. Brilliant Service... Broke key off in my bike lock... He was there within 20 minutes and had the lock off in 3 minutes...
