My door bell, intercom and door entry system failed. After an electrician had taken a look and been unsuccessful in fixing it I called Intercom Doctor. I had a visit arranged within a couple of days. Derek was able diagnose the problem immediately and able to supply spares from his van. All sorted very quickly. The unit was is a fair age and I was concerned that it might need to be replaced, but Derek was clear that with the right repair, it would be good for some time yet. Reasonable price for the job, with a year guarantee on the repair. Wouldn't hesitate to use again should it be required.

He worked magic on our entry system phone inside the flat. Why do they make the sound so loud? Not sure — but now it’s much quieter and he added a mute button. I’m no longer the gate keeper for my neighbours!

Experienced engineer spent time trying to get to the root of the problem, and offered solutions based on my choice - which was just the 'unlock door' facility. It was then clear that the rest of the system was not fit for purpose (no audio or amplification) and offer was put to fix there and then with NO pressure, and was fixed and improved 100%. A service you can trust in my opinion, and would highly recommend.
