A professional and friendly service. Danny had previously worked on repairing a lock for me earlier in the year and I was so impressed that I wanted him to help with a second lock. I really appreciate the time that Danny spent talking me through the different options for the new handle and lock for my front door and for providing me with a no obligation quote. He was punctual, very tidy and a real pleasure to chat with. Particularly welcome for people like me who hate making telephone calls! As it transpired, the issue took all of two seconds to fix, but Danny then took the time to walk me through what he did and let me try for myself. When I clearly didn't have his knack for the task, he talked me through what I could do to make it easier to fix myself if I have the same problem in future.
