Emergency lock replacement. Within minutes of the phone call, I had a quote and within a couple hours, work started. Amazed with the professionalism, perfectionism and rapidity of the service. Locks were changed to British standards and keys cut on site. Cannot recommend enough, thank you for making us feel safe again!

I forgot to take my keys and locked out from my own flat. They arrived within 5 minutes of my call and unlocked my door in a minute. Very nice guys and pleasant to talk with. They accept card payments as they carry a mobile card reader, although I paid by cash.

I contacted Scott to replace the Yale lock on our front door with a more robust Cisa lock. We also required the speaker unit in our intercom to be replaced. The overall service was first class and both jobs were perfect. Scott not only offered an extremely competitive quote but also went out of his way to ensure that all residents had new keys before the lock was replaced.
