Amazing service! Arrived 10 minutes after phoning at at 10pm at night, in and out fixing a Yale lock in about 10 minutes. Genuine guys, great work and would definitely use again.

This is the second time we’ve used James and yet again were not disappointed. He arrived right on time with his seemingly ever-present friendly and cheerful manner. We had asked him to change our Yale lock. It was no bother and took him no time at all. We also asked him to investigate our mortise lock as it was often very difficult to open. After a quick examination he clearly explained the issue and gave us the option of replacing it there and then (and not in a pushy way either). We decided to go ahead and again another quick and quality job was completed. Would always 100% recommend James.
