Great service from Craig. Called Friday evening and booked appointment for following morning at 9am. No issues at all, despite being a Saturday morning he there early! Had a difficult issue but was dealt with within half an hour. Would happily recommend.

As a landlord not living in Edinburgh, and getting a call from my tenants on a weekend to say the lock was broken was a tad stressful. Especially with the 'agents' shutting up shop for the day. I called four companies in Edinburgh who weren't able to help with emergencies and two recommended Steve from Smartlox. He turned up when he said he would.... Within an hour. Fixed the lock at a reasonable cost and discussed the issue with me - giving advice for potential future issues. I've already passed his details to my friends and family. Professional and efficient would highly recommend!

I was 450 miles from home when my partner locked himself out. I was given the number of Steven at Smartlox after a hasty search on my phone gave me another Edinburgh locksmith who weren't able to attend that morning. Steven confirmed he would attend the property at exactly the time my partner came home from work, and would pick the lock to enable him to get into the house within minutes (in order to change and go out to an interview and another important appointment.) Great customer service!

Locked my keys in the boot of a motorhome In Edinburgh Caravan site. Steve arrived in 30 minutes and it took him 3 mins to open both boot locks with no damage. Great service, nice bloke and only £85! The first locksmith company we got hold of refused to do the job and our spare keys were 250 miles away! Money well spent.

Fantastic, prompt service in an emergency situation. My bag was stolen containing housekeys and evidence of my address. Steven arrived within 20 minutes of my somewhat hysterical phonecall, after working hours on a Friday and had my locks changed in no time. Smartlox installed a police compliant C500 Key safe for us and the service and speed was fantastic. Using a contractor you haven't met and not being on site can be a concern but the job was done extremely well and Stephen made sure we were completely happy with it - I would highly recommend SmartLox in Edinburgh and will definitely use them again.

Brilliant and fast service. Was unable to leave my house due to not being able to lock the door . Came out quickly and replaced the barrel of the lock and provided 3 new keys. Made sure that all keys worked from both inside and outside before leaving. Would highly recommend.

Following a garage break-in, I contacted a few Edinburgh locksmiths about getting some bolts installed. All the top results from Google were busy, and unavailable, but they recommended I contact Steven at Smartlox.
