Great service from Craig. Called Friday evening and booked appointment for following morning at 9am. No issues at all, despite being a Saturday morning he there early! Had a difficult issue but was dealt with within half an hour. Would happily recommend.

Brilliant and fast service. Was unable to leave my house due to not being able to lock the door . Came out quickly and replaced the barrel of the lock and provided 3 new keys. Made sure that all keys worked from both inside and outside before leaving. Would highly recommend.

Following a garage break-in, I contacted a few Edinburgh locksmiths about getting some bolts installed. All the top results from Google were busy, and unavailable, but they recommended I contact Steven at Smartlox. He came round quickly fitted the new bolts and even came back later with another tool later to repair the original lock we had at no extra cost. I'd happily call him again if needed. Recommended.

As a landlord not living in Edinburgh, and getting a call from my tenants on a weekend to say the lock was broken was a tad stressful. Especially with the 'agents' shutting up shop for the day. I called four companies in Edinburgh who weren't able to help with emergencies and two recommended Steve from Smartlox. He turned up when he said he would.... Within an hour. Fixed the lock at a reasonable cost and discussed the issue with me - giving advice for potential future issues. I've already passed his details to my friends and family. I was 450 miles from home when my partner locked himself out. I was given the number of Steven at Smartlox after a hasty search on my phone gave me another Edinburgh locksmith who weren't able to attend that morning. Steven confirmed he would attend the property at exactly the time my partner came home from work, and would pick the lock to enable him to get into the house within minutes (in order to change and go out to an interview and another important appointment.) Smartlox installed a police compliant C500 Key safe for us and the service and speed was fantastic.
