Called the company out based on their reviews, not disappointed at all, excellent service, repaired my back door which had been unusable for a few weeks and sorted a sticky conservatory door as well. Followed all Covid procedures and respected your property also. Its always a gamble using a company you dont know or have had recommended however would have no hesitation recommending their service, their nice people as well and you get that free of charge.

My wife had inadvertently locked us out of the house. Try as we might there was absolutely no way for us to get in. It was freezing cold outside and raining heavily. One phone call to David and he was here in under 20 minutes. Quickly set about getting us into the house with minimal fuss and zero damage to the door. He was an absolute gent of a man! Patient, polite, punctual and very reasonably priced. I could not recommend him more!

I text David as a tenant had a door handle hanging off. Google gave up a few potential causes. Sent him photos of the handles and door and he diagnosed the issue as a broken handle. Took the broken item to Screwfix and found a replacement. The whole DIY job took less than an hour start to finish. David kindly offered free advise which resulted in a VERY happy tenant and very happy landlord. Wonderful service and Elite is first on my list for any future issues with our properties.

This job caused a bit of problem and a little more work involved. David fixed this for the same amount quoted. It was a fabulous service that was provided and such a true gentleman. I called as I had been putting it off thinking it would be hundreds of pounds and have to wait ages to get it done. Was there within the hour and had replaced, oiled and adjusted the door and supplied three keys in less than about fifteen minutes. Provided a receipt and advice and left no mess whatsoever and made sure I had checked the lock both inside and out. Genuinely faultess. £55 for replacement lock is superb value.

David called round on 20th Feb to repair my broken front door handle. As the door is over 20 yrs old, he had to send for parts, he quoted the expected cost, and kept me informed of their arrival time (after 6pm). He arrived at the agreed time the next morning, and fitted a new handle, locking mechanism, and adjusted the door as well, all in a timely fashion, and for an excellent price.
