Very Impressive Service. One call and Denis from Liberty Locksmiths had arranged to visit me that Sunday evening. Wasn’t an emergency on my part and so put off to the Monday. The internal locking mechanism in my old door disintegrated. Called Liberty Locksmiths and they were here within the hour. My door is obsolete so there's no spare parts avaliable but he managed to get a similar part and do some clever work to make it fit. My door now closes and locks better than it ever has. He even helped me find a new handle which I've been trying to source for 5 years. Highly recommended.

I needed my front door Lock replaced I called Liberty and spoke to Denis and gave me a quote for fixing the lock . Although he tried to fix the lock this was not possible so I got a new lock and handles this came at a very good price and Denis did a very professional job . Dennis has done a couple of jobs for us now, once to help us out as our back door lock broke and we couldn't open the door on the very morning we were due to have fitters start a new kitchen, he really dug us out a hole. I was extremely happy with the professional service from Liberty Locksmiths. Dennis managed to get my locked door open, then strip down and replaced faulty lock on my door. He also adjusted the hinges (and other bits) to hopefully prevent future problems. He was able to attend within 30 min of calling. Excellent service, care and attention which I was really happy with. First attended on a Saturday morning within minutes of phoning. Despite having a massive collection of replacement lock parts in the van, our door had an unfortunately rare component which had to be ordered in. A real lifesaver! My 88 year old Mum had been struggling to lock and unlock her front door recently and had been blaming the key.
