H.amazing service! tried calling other locksmiths first and they took over an hour to get to me and charged £80+ to basically destroy my door, so I sent them away and got some rudeness from them. S.I can’t thank Liberty Locksmiths enough, I called mid week in dire straits having been left in the lurch by 2 nationwide ‘providers’ who both promised me that they’d be around ASAP, and waited 45 minutes each before telling me they couldn’t send anyone round. My learning from this is to always support local businesses! I genuinely can’t praise the service enough, we were in within minutes and I’m so grateful he made the effort to do a home visit when others wouldn’t. I’m very happy with the work done to replace my lock, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Great chat and laughs were a bonus :)

A.Came out to change a Yale lock for us on our flat door. Excellent service took him 15 mins to complete the job and tested it all to ensure was working perfectly. Paid an excellent price compared to other locksmiths! Also did us a big favour by fixing a door handle to our bedroom door that had been broken for ages which was outwith the job he was doing but was kind enough to help us out. A very nice friendly guy, would defo recommend and use him again.

He tried everything else he could beforehand, but eventually had to drill through the lock and replace it due to the snib issue. R. G.I called Liberty Locksmiths this morning as my uPVC door was not locking. Dennis came within half an hour as promised and replaced the lock and also adjusted by door. He was polite and professional and used PPE equipment and wiped down the door with antibacterial wipes. Judging from other reviews re costs with this type of repair seems to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend Liberty Locksmiths.

He had my front door opened quicker than the great Houdini himself.
What I will say is, it’s so refreshing for a tradesman to give you options and not simply slap a exaggerated bill in your face.

The lock finally let her down at lunchtime today (Sunday) when she was unable to get in after church and shopping. A. o.I needed my front door Lock replaced I called Liberty and spoke to Denis and gave me a quote for fixing the lock . Although he tried to fix the lock this was not possible so I got a new lock and handles this came at a very good price and Denis did a very professional job . I asked him if he could fit handles onto an internal door for me and he did that without any charge . Definitely recommend liberty locksmith.

Dennis managed to get my locked door open, then strip down and replaced faulty lock on my door. He also adjusted the hinges (and other bits) to hopefully prevent future problems. He was able to attend within 30 min of calling. He also gave some security tips and took good Covid precautions (mask, gloves, wipes, hand sanitizer etc...).
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Despite having a massive collection of replacement lock parts in the van, our door had an unfortunately rare component which had to be ordered in. This was no issue, though, as he was able to improvise and sort us with a temporary lock which would keep us secure for a couple of days until he could return.
