I couldn't get into the house as the key was on the inside of the lock. Alex came within about 20 minutes of my call and managed to get me into the house and also waited to make sure I could get into the bedroom. Which was just as well as the spindle of the bedroom door had broken but Alex was able to get that open too. I can't praise Alex highly enough, lovely guy, very professional and very reasonable price too. I would highly recommend Alex and would definitely use him again.

LKC Locksmiths was the only locksmith willing to come out at this time (past midnight) and he was brilliant from start to finish. He soon had an unlockable door working perfectly and with a brand new lock fitted.

J. R.Lovely guy, amazing service. He tried picking the lock for a while and then got assistance from an older man on facetime after trying to pick it normally which wasnt working. They co-operated well but nothing could get it and he went to his van to get one last thing to try. At this point I asked about the price so I could get money out and he quoted me a price for the standard lock picking service. Eventually he decided that he would need to take the bolt out and replace the lock which is usually much more expensive. After changing the door I asked how much it would be now and he told me that with this lock he should have been able to get it and doesn't know why it just wouldn't catch and that it was the same price as quoted earlier and have us 3 keys for the new locks.
Incredible service fully understand why he has a perfect five stars!

A.After calling about 5th locksmiths, Alex was the most personable on the phone and gave me the lowest quote. Based on what I described he was able to diagnose the problem as a gearbox issue. Made himself available a day earlier than scheduled which was stellar!
As soon a he arrived he got to work and was quickly able to get the door open and then promptly replaced the gearbox.
The total cost was exactly as quoted, no hidden or made up charges like you can encounter with some scam artists who call themselves locksmiths.
Alex was friendly, personable, honest and displayed expertise in his profession. Will definitely be recommending him to friends, families and neighbours.
