Very happy with the service! Sam was quick with the replies and he came to install a new deadlock almost 2 days after I messaged him. He was really polite and also fixed my door - it was slightly tilted due to loose screws. All of this was £130, which I think it's quite reasonable. Also, he cleaned after himself - he had a hoover to clean the wood and dust. Thanks, Sam!

Sam came initially to put a new lock on our front door - he then went on to replace every door knob and latch in the flat - some of conndition of the original doors and frames made it a very fiddly task. He then contacted me to let me know that he was on his way. Sam resolved the issue and also re-adjusted the door as it had also dropped. He was very professional from start to finish. Sam accepts card payments which is a great idea as not many people have cash anymore. I will definitely use Sam if need be in the future and would highly recommend him.
