I called REM Locksmiths and spoke to mark regarding my lock that needed changed. Mark answered the phone first time, He arrived on the same day and changed my lock. Great service and a very friendly guy. Highly recommend!

Had an unfortunate incident on Monday night when our lock broke and we couldn't get in. Phoned REM and they arrived within half hour. Mark attended on a Saturday morning at no extra charge, removed and replaced my broken front door locks (Double glazed doors).
