After moving into a property with no window keys I called Zal from Act direct. Firstly I got an instant response from a phone call. That in itself was a real treat no push 1 for this or 2 for that it was a person saying yes I can help I will be there within the hour. 45 minutes later as promised Zal turned up within 15 minutes he had the problem sorted. No call out fee no ridiculous charges just good honest workmanship at a very fare price. I will definitely make this company my first point of call next time I need professional help or advice. To top it off he is a really nice gentleman who I was more than happy to invite into my home 10/10

This was the second time we have used Act direct limited for door and glass issues. both times were emergencies, one at 11.30 at night and then this occasion on a Friday afternoon at 5pm after a accidental smashed door. ACT Direct is one of the most helpful and professional companies I have ever used. We had an emergency when rainwater came into our roof during a storm, bringing down a bedroom ceiling. Zul responded to my emergency call at 4am. He came out and made safe the rainwater system. He returned later in the morning to clear out gullies and ensure we were water tight. He provided an estimate as requested for clearing the damage caused by the fallen ceiling. This was approved by our insurer and he has now done the work. He is knowledgeable and skilled. We found Act Direct online when we were looking for somebody in an emergency to fix a leak in the roof, two days before Christmas. Zul and his team came the following day (Christmas Eve) and fixed the problem. Whilst he was there, he notified us of a further issue which tied in with a previous problem we had spotted. We recently met Zul and Leo (Act Direct Emergency 24hrs) they arrived within an hour of our call to board up a shattered patio window and cleaned up every piece of the broken glass. We discussed alternatives and decided to replace the whole ageing patio door. Zul sent us a quote within a couple of days and we agreed the cost. He said when the door arrived he would call to book a day to fit it and he kept his promise. Zul and Leo arrived on time, were polite and friendly throughout (and didn’t let our dog escape!) I was met at my site by Zul who I later learnt has decades of experience in the roofing game. I would strongly recommend ACT Direct. Rang them on a Saturday when so called roofers (more like “Cowboys”) left my Dad’s roof open and not waterproof with rain predicted that afternoon. I live in Oxfordshire and have a guest house in Gloucestershire. The shower in the guest house packed up whilst customer was there! I always feel a little helpless at times like this - you need to put your trust into strangers and hope that they don't give you the run around! He rang me 15 mins before attending as i requested. When he arrived which was around 9:20pm he was very chap very understanding of the situation and ensured everything that could be done about the situation was done.
