James was a great communicator and had good knowledge without even seeing the locks. He made some suggestions and gave me a competitive rate. He was open and friendly and offered to come see the locks the same day to fit new barrels and keys. He was here within 30 mins of chatting and took no time at all to complete the service. While here he also secured a handle which was loose on the door frame and he offered advice on the existing keysafe.
