Spoke to Neil to explain the problem today he was very helpful went to my daughters house within a couple of hours lock replaced excellent service, my daughter even said what a nice man! Top level service from the guy! Highly recommend!

Great service and fair prices. Niel was quick to answer my call, and very quick to come out and fit my new lock. He told me my options, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He made sure everything was working smoothly - he didn't just change the lock and go, he took the time to lubricate the parts of the door and get the stiff, squeaky doorknob working well again. He takes card payments so that was really convenient. Definitely recommend him!

Neil helped me out when my bike lock wouldn't open. It was fastened up outside work, and I needed it back! He was there in 10 minutes and though the lock was well and truly jammed, he cut it off for me. Such a nice guy - a real pleasure to deal with.

I phoned Neil to explain my patio door handle had broken and the door was locked shut, as it was not urgent we agreed Neil would come at 9:00 the following morning. He was there on the dot and fixed the issue straight away. Not only that he completely serviced and adjusted the locking mechanisms, they now feel like new doors. I've used Neil twice now, after phoning around because I'd lost my keys Neil Came and changed my lock, He was very professional and very clean. I got Neil to come back and change all my other locks in the house and he even gave me three spare keys for the locks which he cut in his van. The best thing about NBL was the cost, he was by far the cheapest and most important was the quality of the locks they are superb ( none of that made in china tin crap ) I would highly recommend Neil in fact a few of my friends are having there locks changed by Neil because of what I have told them.

Phoned Neil on Saturday after being let down by someone else after 4 hours of waiting. He was round the corner and came round pretty much straight away. Neil at NBL is an excellent locksmith. I’m a locksmith myself but on the auto side. When I needed the security upgrading on my home I called Neil because he’s local. He carried out an excellent job replacing all the locks in my home. Very friendly and professional.
