Lost key, so had to make a choice of trying to get in myself (which probably wouldnt have ended well) or call on the pro. From the initial phone call, the job was done and completed in less than an hour. Quick, clean, no fuss. And now have several spare keys for when one goes missing again. Would highly recommend, and will use again without doubt.
