Great service. I contacted them over the Christmas/new year period as I needed my front and back door locks fixing. The first man I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and a locksmith was here within the hour. He was friendly, professional and efficient, and sorted the problem with no issue. I was also really impressed at the fact that this company did not increase prices or charge extra due to it being the Christmas period, like many other companies seem to. Highly recommended. Brilliant service from start to finish! Both of the lads knew their stuff and fixed the mechanism + lock on my bifold doors efficiently and to a great standard. Excellent service! The hinges of my daughter's window broke and needed to be replaced quickly. Budget Locksmiths replied efficiently and politely by sending two gentlemen to fix it. The job was quoted in advance and confirmed on site. They explained the job clearly and with great professionalism and got finished quickly. I could pay safely on the spot by card. Honestly I find it very hard to find very good tradesmen and customer service so when I find one I really want to flag this up. What a great and professional company that went over and beyond for me. Was a phone call on Thursday and they came out within a few hours.got me access to my garage and changed the locks straight away. Was able to pay cash or card which really helped too. Very polite staff with the people i dealt with. Matthew via email to check they could do the previously. Then Steve (i think it was) on the phone who booked my job in and then Jake who came to do the job. All very well mannered and great professionals. Would highly recommend and use again.
