Highly recommend. I emailed on Sunday to book a free security check - Steve replied to my email quickly and arranged to come to the property the following day. He inspected all the locks and fitted anti-snap locks to the front and back doors at a very reasonable price. I feel more secure and was extremely happy with the quick and professional service provided.

Steve responded immediately to initial email sent previous evening, once reassured situation wasn't an emergency an appointment next day was organised. Arrived promptly and once issue was confirmed set to work. Options for full repair laid out and choice made. Temporary lock fitted to ensure security whilst high security cylinder was obtained - only took an hour. Requested spare keys supplied next day. Will use again if required and recommend to neighbours and friends.

I am delighted with Steve Gatsby and the team at Lockforce! I had a jammed mortice lock on my front door that would not unlock. I was not able to even be at property but Steve was trustworthy and reliable and fid exactly what he said he would do - he went and inspected, then called me and explained the options. I asked him to fit a new insurance compliant 5-lever mortice and he did it superbly with no danage to the door to release the old lock. He even sent me video footage to show me exactly what he had done. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend!!

My front was getting jammed because of the lock, Lockforce were great, Steve arrived in good time, unfortunately the gearbox had failed but he provided a temporary repair, he got the part ordered and was back the next day, replaced the gearbox and the door fixed at a competitive rates, comes highly recommended. Emailed to get door locks, front to thumb lock and back to correct snap, relieved message soon after and arranged time and price. Steve arrived the at time he said and we organised the lock changes.
