J. G.Mr Steve came out to me when my door handle became jammed and I was locked outside my property. He arrived less than 20 minutes after I phoned, was friendly and professional, and not only regained access to my property for me but also fixed the problem which had been happening on and off for weeks with the door handle. I was alone as my husband was working away and I felt totally safe throughout. Trustworthy and prompt, I would highly recommend Mr Steve and would always ring him in future for any other locksmith needs.

s. e.Mr Steve gave us a time to arrive and rang 5 mins before that to tell us he was there. He gave full details of the problem, and what it would need to fix it. He did the job quickly and efficiently and charged the price he had quoted us. We are caravan owners living 2 hours away from the site and so he left one key with our current customers and suggested taking the other one to our site office for safe keeping. Polite. Professional. Punctual. Highly recommended.
